On Monday 26th April we open our doors for the first time as owners of the keys. Well, you are only allowed through those doors to visit the conveniences as it's outdoor service only at first. Obviously someone forgot to tell the weather gods as the typical Scottish drizzle descended on the hardy guests awaiting a pint or two.
The hotel opens to welcome guests from Monday 3rd May and from that point the journey starts for real...
The season ahead will be full of uncertainty but one thing we know, it will be a steep learning curve and there will be many highs and many lows.
