When we first arrived at the Craigdarroch, we were passionate about constructing a kitchen garden to grow fresh, organic herbs and vegetables.
The garden is now completed and already producing herbs for the kitchen. The deers that roam around the area have a particular liking for greenery and therefore the structure had to be very robust to keep them at bay!
If you enjoy a dish from our menu that contains thyme, parsley, sage, mint, rosemary, oregano, dill, fennel, chives or marjoram, it very likely came from here...
