Roasted leg of lamb is on the current Sunday menu alongside roasted topside of Scottish beef, roasted fillet of cod wrapped in Serano ham and roasted artichokes with a lentil casserole. All feature herbs freshly harvested from our very own kitchen garden.
The latest Craigdarroch cheesecake also features home grown produce... strawberry with Campari, and it's delicious!
